This lovely ensemble will be a perfect addition to your Ruby Red Fashion Friend's wardrobe.  The blouse is made of a pretty muted aqua polka dot print cotton.  The blouse features cap sleeves and a buster brown collar trimmed with dusty powder blue crochet lace.  The blouse fastens down the front with buttons.  The jumper is made of a beautiful nautical print with birds, compass, sailboats and journal entries in muted shades of aqua, grey and blue cotton.  The skirt features straps that attach at the waist.  The skirt fastens with a button covered snap at the waist band.  Add the matching headband for a hair accessory.  The retro style knot headband is made of nautical and polka dot print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
